Once you found your favourite items, you may need to choose a "size " and/or "colour " for the product you want to purchase.

Fill in the quantity you want to purchase. Then, click on "ADD TO CART " to place your order.

Please take note that the item in your shopping basket does not reserve or guarantee its availability.

Some much-in-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase.

Thus, do not wait too long, click on "CHECKOUT " to confirm your purchase.

If you are POLOHAUS Online Store member, please sign in and fill up your preferred delivery address and payment method.

If you are not POLOHAUS Online Store member, just set up a free new account with us.

As a member, you can save your credit card details and speed up the process in your future purchases.

Your order will be processed immediately and you will receive it within 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change your order because your order begins to process once you have placed an order. If you change your mind, you can return the item once you have received your order. For more information, please refer to "Exchange and returns" section.

Fill up your preferred home or office address when making your purchase and we will deliver the order to your chosen destination.
The delivery charge will vary according to your order :

Deliveries will be done on business days, not being a weekend or a public holiday.

And, we aim to deliver the item to you within 3 to 5 working days.
During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

We currently only ship within Malaysia. We are sorry that we do not deliver international shipping to other countries.
In the case of postal returns, POLOHAUS will not bear the carriage due or return charges .

Please make sure that your home or office address is correct.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your order.

If you found that the item (s) is unfit, you can return the item and place a new order in our website.

You have up to 21 days from confirmation of your order to return your item.

To do so, please send an email to us at os@polohaus.com with the following information within 21 days from the date of purchase:-
(i) Return Reason;
(ii) Quantity;
(iii) Attach the copy of the Tax Invoice issued by us as we need to determine the item code and the description of the Products

After we receive your request for return via email, we will send you an acknowledgment via email.

Next, you need to pack the item(s) securely, in its original packaging and courier the items to the following address :

Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman,
42000 Port Klang.

We will process your return once we have received your returned items and the invoice.

We will refund through voucher of the returned items as soon as we receive them at our processing centre and inspect the condition of the item.

Unfortunately, we do NOT honour any walk-ins return.

We apologize if you have received an item which is defective or different to the one you purchased.

Next, you need to pack the item(s) securely, in its original packaging and courier the items to the following address :

Items must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

After we receive your returned item, we will conduct a quality check up to five (5) working days before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned item.
You will be refunded with POLOHAUS cash voucher once we have received your returned items.

We will notify you the voucher code via e-mail.

You may use the voucher code for your next purchase.
